Adventure Subaru friends,

We are here for you during this hectic time. We are working hard to temporarily transform the way we do business to better accommodate you and keep everyone safe. Currently the dealership is open. We are diligently disinfecting all areas & vehicles, and practicing all recommended guidelines regarding COVID-19. We also have a full time staff member whose sole purpose is to disinfect our dealership. In order to maintain a safe environment and do our part in preventing the spread of the coronavirus, we have added the following services. There is no need to come to the dealership if you prefer to stay home!

Subject: COVID-19 Update: 

Adventure Subaru Friends, 

The health, wellbeing, and safety of Adventure Subaru's staff, visitors, and guests is very important to us. Over the past couple of weeks, we have been closely monitoring the spread of COVID-19 across the Country and, more specifically, throughout Arkansas. 

In addition to actively monitoring the guidance provided by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO), here are some of the steps Adventure Subaru is taking to ensure staff and visitors remain safe: 

• Hired a full-time staff member whose sole purpose is to disinfect our facilities throughout the day.

• Posted relevant signage throughout the stores which provides information about COVID-19, and critical ways to avoid being exposed.  

• Increased the number of hand sanitizer stations throughout the stores, and relentlessly encouraging members of our team to wash their hands throughout the day.  

• Continuous sanitizing of high contact areas including door handles, desktops, phones, as well as areas in vehicles, door handles, steering wheels, shift knobs, etc. 

• Offering mobile test-drives for individuals interested in a vehicle, but who would rather do it from the comfort of their own driveway. 

• Posted signage that until further notice, we are a no-handshake business. 

• Instructed all employees who are exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 to visit a doctor immediately, and encourage employees and customers to stay home if they are experiencing symptoms. 

Even with Adventure Subaru taking increased measures to protect those who visit, we fully recognize that many of you may choose to avoid visiting public places. For a temporary time period for our Washington and Benton county customers, we are offering pick-up and delivery of your vehicle for a service appointment.  

This is just a brief overview of what we're doing to combat the spread of COVID-19 in our community, and we continue to work daily to identify new ways to grow and strengthen our response efforts. Simply put, you can rest assured knowing that our team is approaching this situation diligently and proactively with an abundance of caution, and out of an abundance of care.
