You'll have a one-on-one appointment at Adventure Subaru with a Subaru Star Delivery Specialist who will answer any questions you have and help you explore and customize your vehicle's systems.

Cayla started as an Encore Delivery Specialist in April of 2017 after being our receptionist for a little over a year. When she saw the position open up, she knew instantly that this was the job for her given her bright personality and willingness to go above and beyond for our customers.

Her job entails inviting customers back to the dealership who have recently purchased new Subarus within 60 days of their purchase to go over any questions they might have and to give a full description of the functionality and use of the Subaru technology within their vehicle. She honestly is your "go-to" contact to provide in depth information on your Subaru both inside and out. When you return for your Love-Encore visit, it's a perfect opportunity to ask questions about all the "bells and whistles" of your new vehicle. She can even provide full demonstrations of your vehicle's features if desired. With Cayla's help you will leave our dealership confident and having a deeper understanding of how your vehicle's technology enhances your driving experience. After all is said and done, she is always available as a point of contact for future questions big or small!

Chloee joined Adventure Subaru in early 2023 as our receptionist and quickly stood out for her warm personality and dedication to helping others. It wasn't long before she transitioned into her current role as an Encore Delivery Specialist, where she now gets to combine her love of connecting with people and her passion for Subaru.

In her role, Chloee invites customers back to the dealership within 60 days after their new Subaru purchase for a Love-Encore visit. During this appointment, she helps answer any questions and provides a hands-on walkthrough of the technology, safety features, and overall functionality of their vehicle. Whether it's going over STARLINK, EyeSight Driver Assist, or simply pointing out all the small "bells and whistles," Chloee is here to make sure you leave with confidence and a deeper understanding of how your Subaru enhances your driving experience.

Once you take ownership of your new Subaru, your Adventure Subaru Star Delivery Specialist will schedule a return to the retailer for a Love-Encore visit. This should take place within 60 days from your original delivery date. This is your opportunity to ask questions about your vehicle's features and functions. With the help of the Star Delivery Specialist, you will be confident understanding how your vehicle's technology enhances your driving experience.

Your specialist will explain and demonstrate how to use the systems seen on the right, plus many more, and set them up to work best for you. You will also learn about SUBARU STARLINK™ connected services and how to enroll. Please note this process may take about 30 to 60 minutes. The Star Delivery Specialist is your go-to contact for all of your technology questions before, during, and after taking ownership.
