‘Twas the night before Christmas at Adventure Subaru,

No salesman remained, they’d sent home the whole crew;

The Subarus waited ‘til humans were gone,

When the whole lot was still, and no light was left on;

The Crosstrek was nestled all snug in his spot,

While dreaming of road trips and leaving the lot;

And Mama the Forester waited to hear,

Papa the Outback say it was all clear;

The Outback could see that the lot was deserted,

So he sprang from his parking spot and then loudly blurted;

“It’s party time Subies, now let’s have some fun!

And that’s when the Subaru party begun

The moon on the breast of the new fallen snow,

Gave the lustre of mid-day to Subies below;

When, what to my wondering eyes should appear,

But a car with no driver, was drinking some beer;

And the small BRZ, so lively and quick,

Was spinning so fast he could make himself sick.

More rapid than eagles the WRX came,

As the Outback honked and called them all by name:

“Come Forester, come Crosstrek, Come on BRZ!

“Come Impreza, Come WRX, and come Legacy!

“Just stay in the lot! Don’t go past the wall!

“Now party on! Party on! Party on, all!”

The Forester served up some snacks for the cars,

While the WRX danced under the stars;

The Subaru Starlink was playing some tunes,

And the big, roomy Legacy hauled the balloons;

The Crosstrek was weaving between the sedans,

And inside his head he was making big plans;

He wanted an owner to take him on trips,

To find a good trail, and to test out his grips;

The hatchback Impreza was flirting all night,

With a pretty sedan shining in the twilight;

The Outback was happily married, you see —

But he heard there would soon be a brand-new queen bee

She was called the Ascent, and she seemed really neat;

Her size and style just couldn’t be beat!

Everyone spoke of the new SUV,

They couldn’t wait to meet her and finally see

The three rows of seats and all of that power

She could tow enough stuff to make the other guys cower

But tonight they enjoyed the music and friends,

As they looked at the lot through a rose-colored lense;

It was a cold and beautiful Arkansas night

No one felt sadness, heartache or fright

When the sun started rising, the Subarus crept

Right back to their spots, and they quiety slept

But the Outback exclaimed as he drove out of sight-

Happy Christmas to all, and to all a good night.
