Subaru's Rally team yet again dominated this weekend at the Oregon Trail Rally, with driver David Higgins and co-driver Craig Drew. This is the second year in a row that Subaru has won the Oregon Trail Rally. Here's a video from the three-day rally.
If you listen to the scenes where they're driving, you'll
notice the co-driver, Drew, telling the driver, Higgins, directions on what turns
are coming up, from the pacenotes.
You'll also notice that on one turn, Higgins smashes into a tree sideways and
rips the side of the car open and does some damage to the suspension system.
Despite the damage, the Subaru keeps going at full tilt and
takes it all at race days.
You can expect the same from your Subaru. They were
designed specifically to answer the needs of rallying and are quite tough when
it comes to the long haul. You can expect a Subaru to
keep on going long after the competition has fallen apart.
