The 2013 XV Crosstrek is getting great reviews from us, and everywhere else too. Here's our round up of reviews of this great new crossover vehicle -- a smaller Subaru with room for all your gear and an impressive array of safety features.

  •     Car & Driver compares the Crosstrek to the 2012 Impreza, pointing out that U.S. dealers persuaded Subaru to bring it to the states as a great family car.
  •     The Car Connection likes the compact maneuverability of the Crosstrek and its "excellent ride" as well as the all wheel drive. They weren't impressed by the interior trim, but there's no accounting for tastes.
  •     Motor Trend heard the Crosstrek "scream 'I'm stylish and really love dirt.'" They found that it handled all kinds of terrain very well, and liked its "clean, usable" interior. They're dubbing it "more adventurous" than similar models.
  •     Autoweek admired the fuel efficiency and the style, as well as the Crosstrek's capable performance in their offroad tests.
  •     AutomobileMag found the Crosstrek both sporty and well-mannered in their Oahu testing, and particularly noted the hands-free phone options with iPod and USB ports.
