To say that Subaru is gaining popularity in the U.S. would be an understatement. Subaru's U.S. sales are booming and people can't get enough. As successful as Subaru is in the United States, they are experiencing growth in sales and popularity all over the world. That's what happens when you make great vehicles. In order to keep up with their global appeal, Subaru just opened a brand new global headquarters in Tokyo's Ebisu district.

The building is a serious upgrade from Subaru's 48-year old Shinjuku HQ. 12 stories of glistening glass and steel seem fitting for a bright-futured company. One of the biggest improvements to Subaru HQ is the showroom. The new showroom fits 8 vehicles where the old one could only manage to hold 2. This really allows the company to show off what they've got.

In addition to the fancy new showroom, the new global HQ features an enormous auditorium with a 1,200-person capacity. A room of this size will allow for Subaru to do on-site product launches, which will be huge.

A bump in reputation and popularity isn't the only reason the company built the state of the art HQ. This bigger building will facilitate the current workload and promote future growth. It seems that Subaru isn't going to be content with their recent success. The company is going to keep striving to make the best possible vehicles -- that's what Subaru is known for.

The amazing video above is the goodbye show at the old headquarters.
