If you’ve been following right along with David Higgins and the Subaru Rally team, don’t Google to find out who won. In real life, the championship is over but in the world of Launch Control, we’re just days away from the final episode that releases on October 30th. Trust us, you want to bite your nails right along with this second to last episode. David Higgins and the crew are at the Ojibwe Rally and it’s a dry day with no wind. Driving in the dust is impossible in spots for Higgins. Will he go off the edge? Stay on track? Can he catch Ken Block? Watch the episode to find out:
Wednesday is the last episode and we’ll find out if Subaru
wins the National Championship. No matter what happens, we’re very proud of the
work the Subaru Rally team has done. There is a huge team of people behind how
well Subaru’s team has done—it’s not just the driver and co-driver that do all
the work.
From day one, the team has worked hard to perfect their
Subaru rally car, tweaking, studying, changing, and rebuilding every step of
the way. Since there are so many variables when it comes to a successful rally
team, it’s quite the achievement that they’re doing as well as they are right
now. We’re proud to call them part of
the Subaru family. They’re as dedicated to making the perfect car as the
engineers behind the Subarus on our lot.
When you get inside of a Subaru, you’re sitting in a car
that’s been put through its paces, both on the rally track and at the mercy of
hectic family life. All the work that goes into each and every Subaru is done
with the same care as the rally car team—when we hear that customers don’t like
one feature or that something could work better, we make that change in the
future model. The 2014 Forester, which has won countless awards and the praise
of Subaru lovers everywhere, is just on example of what it means to be part of
the Subaru family.
No matter what happens in the next Launch Control episode,
we couldn’t be prouder of our rally team.
