Subaru released a new video of the 2015 WRX putting its new set of racecar handling features to good use and leaving clouds of dust in its wake. Tearing around corners and jumping over a few peaks on dirt roads, the 2015 WRX is certainly not the average car. If you’ve wondered about the new WRX’s capacity as a rally car, be sure to watch for when the WRX turns the corner quickly onto a dirt road. It’s WRX history in the making and a true homage to the WRX past.
We can’t wait to see what the all-new 2015 WRX will do in
the hands of drivers like David Higgins, the Subaru Rally USA team driver. He’s
an expert at pushing cars to their limits -- we really saw that in this year’s race to
the finish to win the National Championship.
We think the 2015 WRX is a sight
to behold on a dirt track. Subaru has also launched a new website with plenty of beauty shots of the car -- it’s worth a visit.
One of the least talked about features of the WRX is torque
vectoring. You’ll find this feature on high-end sports cars, most notably the Porsche 911
Turbo and Turbo S. Porsche, in case you’ve forgotten, is also the only other
carmaker that uses flat engines like the Subaru’s Boxer engine. That’s
some serious performance comparisons—you get features of a premium sports car
in a Subaru.
If you’re looking for a great sports car in your price
range, the 2015 WRX might be just what you’re looking for. Come to Adventure Subaru and see.
