Adventure Subaru Sponsors April Events in NWA

It’s springtime in NWA! At Adventure Subaru in Fayetteville, we love everything that spring brings to Northwest Arkansas -- from the warmer weather and farmers markets to some great community events across the region. Some of the events we’re excited to support and be part of this month include:

Cow Paddy Run: April 13

Join us April 13 at Gulley Park in Fayetteville for a 5K or a 1K fun run hosted by the Spark Foundation! The Spark Foundation is a non-profit whose mission is to promote health and wellness within our community. All proceeds from this event will help support educational projects in local schools.

Iron Pig Festival 2019: April 20

Join us April 20 at Drake Field in Fayetteville for four biking and running challenges for athletes at all levels! Choose between a duathalon (5K run, 30K bike ride, 5K run) as an individual or a team, a single 5K run, a fun run or a bike time trial. Registration is available online for each different event.

The run courses follow scenic Hwy. 71 for a flat and fast run. The finish line is at Drake Field in front of the airport terminal. These courses are designed for those looking for a challenge, but you’ll avoid a hilly terrain. This is a great first-time race, or a great way to kick-off the 2019 racing season!

Arkansas Climate Accord 2.0 -- Bridges to Climate Solutions: April 27

All are invited to “follow the green brick road” to the Arkansas Climate Accord 2.0 -- Bridges to Climate Solutions in Fort Smith. Join us as we celebrate climate accomplishments and engage with the general public and community leaders to raise some funds. Food, drinks and entertainment are provided by the Numskulls. Help us build momentum for bold climate change action!
