    Justin is a member of Subaru's Peak Performer Club - a designation not easily achieved.  If you have a difficult Subaru question, Justin is the one to ask because he's extremely hard to stump.  When not working, you'll find Justin backpacking the Ozarks, riding his motorcycle down a seldom used trail, or watching good music.  Before he was in the car business, Justin had a local radio show called "Recorded Live" on KXUA.

    Hap's Daddy and Beth's husband.  Our family activities include playing music, hiking, mountain biking, camping, swimming, canoeing, and watching Cardinal baseball.  Marcus has been married to his wife Beth for 6 years. Their son Hap is now 3...and riding a bicycle with no training wheels!

    Lifelong Employee of a Nelms Dealership

    Dennis and his wife Carrie have 2 children, Grant (age 11) and Lily (born in June '09).  Dennis is a veteran of the car business - having worked in different family owned dealerships since he was 14.  The service department is in his roots, but the enjoyment of the outdoors is in his blood.  As a younger man, Dennis traveled throughout the western half of the United States following his passion for outdoor recreation.  He's ridden a Bicycle from Portland to San Francisco, explored the Grand Tetons, summited Mt. Ranier, and climbed the face of El Capitain in the Yosimite Valley.  These days, he finds excitement while he's fishing a secluded river or watching a little league baseball game.

    CE has sold over 1500 cars in his career, and is a member of Subaru's elite Master-Peak Performer club.  In 2008, CE was in the top 10 Subaru salesmen in the South Central United States.   He's always good for an entertaining Duck hunting story - and spends most of his free time watching the Cardinals play baseball with his two black labs, Sambo and Dixie.  CE has been married to his wife Toni for 28 years - they have 2 grown children.  Before he was in the car business, CE was a licensed Optician.

    A life long Native of Fayetteville, AR. TG started as a finance manager at Adventure Subaru in 2008.  He has been with his partner, Brian for 11 years and counting. They have 4 cats Nicholas, Louis, Lucifer, and Pandora.  TG has been in the car business for the last 6 years prior to that he was a convenience store manager and owner. He likes to spend time in his yard and dabbles in photography, gardening and is an avid WOW player.

    Rocky started with the Nelms family in 1998 at Nelms Lincoln Mercury.  Later that year he transferred to Nelms Honda before joining Adventure Subaru as the Service Manager in 2001.  Rocky has been married to his wife Jamie for 12 years - they have two children Stone and Ridgely.

    Clay started in the car business in 1981.  His tenure with the Nelms family began in 1996 at Nelms Honda and by 1999, Clay had earned his Acura Master Technician certificate.  He's been with Adventure Subaru since its beginning in 2001 and has been a Subaru Senior Master Technician since 2004.  Clay has been married to his wife Shailee for 27 years.  Their son, Clay Jr., is now a member of the Adventure Subaru family, working as a service writer.  He also has a daughter, Nicole and a granddaughter, Claire.

    Lex started in the car business in 1989 with Bob Clark Toyota in Springdale.  His relationship with a Nelms owned dealership began in 2000 at Nelms Honda and continued with Adventure Subaru in 2002.  Lex is a Senior Master Technician with Subaru of America.  Funny enough, he wears gloves when he's working and has some of the cleanest hands in the service business.  You can catch Lex and his boat making waves at Beaver Lake from time to time.  Oh, yeah, and he's a great cook too!

    Logan graduated from Northwest Technical Institute in 2004 and came straight to work at Adventure Subaru.  Logan has been married for 4 years and is the proud father of 2 children.  He enjoys fishing, mountain biking, chess and poker.

    Our newest member of the service department, Robbie started at Adventure Subaru in 2007.  Robbie is very active in his church and enjoys riding his 4-wheeler in his spare time. Robbie plans to wed his longtime girlfriend Alissa later this summer.

    37 Years in the Car Business

    Larry has been married to his wife Diana for 18 years.  They have 4 children, Tracy, Jana, Rami and Nick.  Larry got his start with Wheeler Motor company in 1972 and worked there for the first 20 years of his career.  Larry spent 24 years as a technician before moving to the parts side of the business.  A good service background is a real asset to our company.  Larry is a motorcycle enthusiast and retired bass player.

    Amy and her husband Mike have been married for 23 years.  They have 2 children, Matt and Rebecca and 2 grandchildren, Stacy (2) and Lilyan (born in June '09).  Amy loves a good book!  If you go through the dealership around lunch time, you can often find her enjoying her lunch hour reading in the service waiting area.

    When it comes to detail, Bush is one of the best!  In fact, he gives himself a full detail every Saturday night - after that, he displays himself at a famous dance club in Fayetteville.  He's the man.
